Which profession hub should I choose?
Choose the hub that matches your license or primary role: Psychiatric Technician, LVN, or RN. The core BBM course pathway is similar across roles, but each hub includes role-specific examples, framing, and continuing education information.
What is BBM Café?
BBM Café is the structured CE course library. Courses are practical, role-aware, and designed to help learners apply communication, bias awareness, self-regulation, and dignity-centered care in real care moments.
What is BBM Studio?

BBM Studio is the reset + practice side of BBM. It includes music, videos, guided resets, reflection tools, pocket cards, audio supports, and practical language resources for between-course use.

Open Studio includes selected free resources and previews.

The BBM Studio membership is an optional $8.99/month subscription that provides access to the growing Studio resource library. New tools and resources are added over time.

BBM Studio resources are not CE courses unless specifically stated.

How long do I have access?
BBM Café course enrollment includes 180 days of access to the course and included course resources from the date of purchase, unless a specific product page states otherwise. Learners should complete the course and download their certificate during the access period.
How do I get my certificate?
After you complete the required course lessons, knowledge check, and any required final course steps, your certificate will be generated and available to download.
Can I take the course on my phone?
Yes. BBM courses are designed to be mobile-friendly and can be completed on a phone, tablet, or computer.
What is the refund policy?

Cancellations must be requested in writing at least 48 hours before course access is granted to receive a full refund.

No refunds will be issued after the course has been accessed or completed.

Do I have to take the courses in order?
No. You may choose the course that fits your current need. The Bedside Course is the foundation for the BBM communication approach, so it is a helpful starting point, but learners may also take individual courses based on role, interest, or CE need.
Are new courses added over time?
Yes. BBM Café is a growing CE library. New courses, scenarios, and practice tools will continue to be added over time.
Can I suggest a course idea?
Yes. BBM is built around real care moments. If there is a communication challenge, role-specific scenario, or bedside topic you would like to see in a future course or Studio resource, you can share it with us through the contact form or by emailing [email protected].
