BETTER BEDSIDE MANNER (BBM) TERMS & CONDITIONS
By creating an account, enrolling in, or purchasing a BBM course, you agree to the following:
1. COURSE ACCESS
Course enrollment provides access to the purchased course and its materials for 180 days from the date of purchase or enrollment, unless otherwise stated.
Courses and course materials are for the individual learner only and may not be shared, copied, reproduced, distributed, or made available to others.
Learners are responsible for completing the course and downloading any available course resources and certificates before their access period expires.
2. COMPLETION, CERTIFICATES & LEARNER RECORDS
Certificates of completion are issued only after the learner completes all required course components, including assessments when applicable.
Learners are responsible for downloading and maintaining their certificates of completion and other CE documentation in accordance with the recordkeeping requirements of their applicable licensing or regulatory board.
BBM retains course completion records for a minimum of four (4) years.
BBM's retention of completion records does not replace the learner's responsibility to maintain documentation required by their licensing or regulatory board.
3. REFUND POLICY
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before the learner accesses the course and within the applicable refund period.
A full refund may be requested within 48 hours of purchase, provided the course has not been accessed.
No refunds will be issued after course content has been accessed or the course has been completed.
4. EDUCATIONAL SCOPE
BBM courses provide continuing education and professional skills training.
Course content does not constitute medical advice, psychotherapy, legal advice, clinical supervision, or a substitute for an employer's policies, procedures, or scope-of-practice requirements.
Learners remain responsible for practicing within their professional scope, applicable laws and regulations, and their organization's policies and procedures.
5. PRIVACY
BBM collects information necessary to administer continuing education, maintain completion records, and issue accurate certificates, which may include the learner's name, email address, profession, and license or certificate number.
BBM does not sell personal information.
