Better Bedside Manner (BBM) Terms & Conditions

By creating an account or purchasing a course, you agree to the following:

  1. Course access
    All courses and materials are for the individual learner only and may not be shared, copied, or redistributed.

  2. Completion & certificates
    Certificates of completion are issued only after the learner completes all required course components (including assessments, if applicable). Learners are responsible for downloading and saving their certificate for their records. BBM retains course completion records for a minimum of four (4) years and can provide confirmation upon request.

  3. Refund policy
    Cancellations must be made in writing within 48 hours before course access to receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued after the course has been accessed or completed.

  4. Educational scope
    BBM courses provide general continuing education and skills training. They do not constitute medical advice, psychotherapy, or clinical supervision. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the learner and their organization’s policies.

  5. Privacy
    BBM collects information such as license/certificate number to support CE documentation and certificate accuracy. We do not sell personal information.
